    1. Thank you very much! Sometimes I wonder what I would do if I would live in the US with all the different and much more anthropomorphic hydrants – stop photographing anything else? ;-)
      It might be an advantage that above ground hydrants are a minority around here ;-)

  1. Personality and complexity. This one has triple outlets with different diameters, some sort of skirt affair beneath. Most get along with much more simple designs.

    1. And – not to forget – it is chained so it can’t run away!

      Never thought about the skirt thing, though. Have to do some research …
