    1. Yes, but really, that’s what I love about being in Paris. I totally blend in. Nobody looks at me and wonders why I am circling a weed with my camera. I am one of hundreds. That’s nice.

      1. Paris has had street photographers since Eugene Atget wondered the streets snapping photos with his large cameras. Fine to be able to work without drawing a hostile or suspicious crowd. Shooting urban weeds you must be thinking of Carl Weese’s work. So, how were the hydrants of Paris? ;-)

  1. It was me who some years ago (omg) coined the term “Weese Weed” :-) – and yes, I shot a weed for Carl as well as a cow for Craig and a chicken for James and some ducks for Daniel and some vehicles for you :-) – still to come.

    1. I had hoped that I had more to look forward to. How kind to think of all of us while also keeping all the elements of photography in mind. Most have been hard to find cows, chickens, and ducks in Paris.

      1. Hardest to find were ducks – besides on menus as canard à l’orange which wouldn’t have made Daniel very happy :-S
Hydrants are hard, too – most are below ground.
Vehicles – ach. So many. But also many, that were not that interesting at all.

It’s always fun to run around and see if there is a worthy duck/weed/cow/chicken/vehicle somewhere – one needs these little self assigned projects I think. I need them.
