Though, truth be told, your rooster doesn’t seem to me so much craven as…..patient. And a little cold. He’s been sitting here, waiting (for what?) for so long that he’s dwindled to bare bones….or in this case, bare twigs.
Fat? Definitely. Fat? Not so much. Probably a bit dry between the teeth then…
is there a word for zäh? I don’t think any of the English translation would fit. Ein zäher verzweifelter Hahn ;-)
Must be an old hen as it looks quite stringy. Don’t think it would make good soup either. Will have to pass on this one and move on to the next hen.
