“Attempting to break out of the back yard” – Nero by Louise Erdrich

This camouflaged pig seems to be cornered. Its break out is unlikely unless it becomes dinner and football. Armour Meats used to say the only part of the pig not used was it’s squeal. Seems like many farm animals for a vegetarian.
Pigs with wings I know already, but a camouflage pig is new. At least the rest is a wonderful rich red, making it a most adequate advertisement for a butcher’s shop.
I believe that is the pig I encountered on my photo walk years ago, moved to Germany with new duds. If he charges just lower your tripod and he’ll disappear!

Might be because lettuce leaves are not that photogenic ;-)

I think – but am not sure – this is a clothes shop.
It’s an art project:

I’ve only seen some of the 220 pigs – I liked this one because of the rich red, indeed.
I’d like to see their clothes. I find that storekeepers that have good taste in art generally sell interesting wares.
I really don’t remember :-( – I was that much fascinated with the pig that I didn’t realise the surroundings.

No worries about me – they are trained to only chase tourists from overseas … :-P
