Thank you. Might be because I am not that tall and often see the things that are more or less on my eyes’ level. I didn’t have to bend much to take this photo.
Grin – I have the feeling in Germany (okay the parts I know) all shutter holders look like these. Sometimes I think there is only one manufacturer ;-)
Sorry I am late with answering comments – summer is here and the last thing I feel like doing after a day of work at the computer is powering on my laptop at home. Instead I am doing stuff outside :-)
Know just what you mean. Summer is a time to get out and do things, go for a walk, ride a bike, see friends, and eat fresh food. Don’t worry, and don’t feel any pressure to keep up your blog. Just enjoy it.
Don’t need to mention that best photographic light is early and late, but you know that. Now go out and enjoy yourself. Don’t forget your sunblock.
Just last week I told a friend (nothing to do with photography) how the real world outside the office is totally overexposed at the moment ;-)
No, no sunblock. Iiiiiek.

Very interesting picture. You have such keen observation skills. This is something, I would have missed. Nice work!

Ah, men. Never knowing when it’s time to give up. ;-)
btw are these shutter holders which are to me typical German known in the US, too?
We do have shutter holders, at least those houses with shutters usually do, but they are not like these. Usually less creative and interesting.
