You are under no requirement to bring every dog a treat. No need to feel guilty. Had a dog come Trick-or-Treat last night, and all I had to give out was candy for the kids. I should have had a dog treat handy myself. Who would have known?
So there are at least two dogs in the universe who are deeply disappointed.
