I like spiders up to a certain size … they are so interesting and wonderful to look at. Their body only shouldn’t be larger than a hazelnut with legs longer than a match… that’s the moment my instincts kick in …
Know just what you mean. A friend (?) gave me a pet taranchula which we kept in a terrarum until my son was born, then it went to my office where it escaped for a couple months. My colleagues were not pleased, but the night janitor returned it to the terrarum. It was just a bit creepy being so large. It was a S. American Tiger Taranchula.
Spiders are wonderful, if a bit creepy creatures. Fine web.
