I had nowhere to go, nowhere I had to be

There is something in man that loves a wall

I’m gonna take us in at a low angle, try to get in under the radar

I’d had a dream and I’d chased it and almost chased it down

The plane was taxiing down the runway

You sure we’re going to the right place?

I certainly didn’t know where to go

Maybe we’re meant to stick together to the end

I had to do something before the humans arrived

We hadn’t said anything for a while

The silence was broken by the howling of a wolf in the distance

I think we must have all been in awe of the moment

It’s hard to leave anywhere at all

It was time to go

Maybe I was the coward for running away

You were made to explore, to discover new things

The moment was gone, replaced by reality

But that was just a moment, and moments, by definition, are momentary, and pass

The nights were filled with hushed planning

The next couple of days passed in a blur
